Cold avocado and coconut soup

This avocado, lime, coconut milk and wasabi soup is an aromatic appetizer or with chicken skewers it becomes a tasty little meal. Ingredients Small meal For 4 people 1 avocado 1 cucumber 1 shallot 2 limes 1 l of coconut milk 1 tablespoon of wasabi paste 1 clove of garlic 1 bunch of cilantro 1 teaspoon of salt 4 liters of vegetable stock, cold How to proceed Preparation: approx. 15 minutes Refrigeration: approx. 20 minutes Total time: 35 min Halve the avocado, pit it and remove the pulp from the peel. Cut the cucumber into slices. Chop the shallot. Squeeze the limes. Transfer all the ingredients up to the coriander with stems included, salt and broth in a measuring container. Refrigerate for approx. 20 minutes. Blend everything with an immersion blender.
